Company

hoytNIVA (SDVOSB) is a Global Technology Risk Management firm providing solutions for simple to complex technology challenges. A common starting point for our engagements are technology assessments addressing compliance, cyber-security, or IT investment decisions.  Each of our assessments take a comprehensive view of risk, and each of our solutions are packaged with Return-on-Investment (ROI) as a basis to ensure we are adding value.

Beyond our technical expertise, we provide the necessary knowledge and ongoing training to ensure that you are well-versed in the solution usage. We will continue to advise you going forward as your needs change and adapt.

We look forward to the opportunity to serve your organization.

Green Beret Foundation

Recognizing gaps in immediate support to and in the continuity of care for injured Green Berets, Aaron Anderson, himself a Special Forces Warrior wounded in battle, founded the Green Beret Foundation in 2009. For eight years, the Foundation has grown significantly in terms of size, support from the community, and most importantly, in impact. We have provided direct financial assistance to over 2,515 Green Berets, supported scores of families as they navigate the challenges of their new lives, and have given 86% of every dollar raised back to the Green Beret community. While the GBF will continue to focus on our wounded, their families, and the families of our fallen, we want to broaden our impact into addressing the needs of Green Berets as they transition back into civilian life.
